1. What GoNow is
gonowbulgaria.com is an information platform where accommodation providers in Bulgaria publish promotional offers for available dates up to 10 days ahead. GoNow is not a tour operator or travel agent, does not accept bookings or payments, and is not a party to the accommodation contract.
2. The contract is between the guest and the property
The booking, payment, deposit and cancellation terms are agreed directly with the property. The property is responsible for the accuracy of its prices, photos and description.
3. Prices
The property states its standard rate and provides a link to it. The discount is at least 10%. GoNow may suspend an offer if the standard rate does not match the one published by the property.
4. Fees for properties
The property profile is free. During the launch period, promo listings are also free — until the site reaches 100 approved properties or 3 months with more than 500 calls from guests, whichever comes first. After that, promo listings become paid. The first 50 registered properties receive 30 free listings each once the paid period begins. GoNow will notify properties by email at least 30 days before introducing prices.
5. Properties
Only properties with a National Tourist Register number that have been approved by GoNow may publish offers. Photos must be real.
